I had an issue with a product that I bought just under a year ago, didn't have my receipt, but the manager today showed genuine interest in my problem, tested the product, found a fault with it and promptly refunded me. That is pretty rare these days and is very much appreciated.

Shoutout to Ash the absolute legend for trying his hardest to help us out with fixing our fridge in the heat of the sun. Finally got a brand new 3d printer from Josh - he was helpful, informative and as someone who's been in sales and marketing almost all of my life he was absolutely brilliant, the knowledge he has is the single main reason we felt comfortable enough in making that purchase and the after sales service has been fantastic. Will never go anywhere else for 3d printing stuff or questions, they're genuinely happy to help. 10/10
